Can you think of a more iconic cinema personality than Clint Eastwood? The manly actor from San Francisco, California has not only starred in Sergio Leone’s “Dollar Trilogy” (arguably the best western film series of all time) but he also made a name for himself as a Hollywood director, particularly after the release of the award-winning drama “Million Dollar Baby.”
What’s even more impressive is that Eastwood is still putting some great movies out, with the latest being the 2021 thriller “Cry Macho” (in which he stars and directs). More versatile than many assume, he also worked alongside Meryl Streep in the 1995 romance “The Bridges of Madison County.”
