Charles Shaughnessy (Born In 1955) – Days of Our Lives
While some actors make a name for themselves due to their charming or explosive personalities, the English soap-opera legend Charles Shaughnessy built his career on top of pristine professionalism and lots of hard work. You should recognize him from “Days of Our Lives,” a show in which he portrayed ‘Shane Donovan’ in over 1,100 episodes between 1984 and 2017.
Still active and putting in the hours, Shaughnessy is currently busy working in another small-screen classic: “General Hospital.” As of 2022, he portrayed the character of ‘Victor Cassadine’ in about 35 episodes of the show.
