The Iconic Celebrities We Had No Idea Are Still Alive

Kim Novak (Born In 1933) – Vertigo

Kim Novak will always be remembered as one of the ultimate Hollywood actresses of the ’50s and ’60s. A Chicago native, she’s been away from the spotlight ever since she decided to retire from show business in 1991. Now, she reportedly keeps busy by working as a painter and visual artist. She made her latest public appearance in 2018, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the movie “Vertigo.”

Novak is mainly known for her appearance in the aforementioned Alfred-Hitchcock classic thriller, but she’s also made it to several other iconic productions of the time—including the noir drama “The Man with the Golden Arm” and “Kiss Me, Stupid.”
