Mark Wahlberg is amongst the list of actors who bulked up for roles. He packed on the pounds in 2021 when preparing to film “Stu,” which is a movie that tells the tale of a boxer-turned-priest. He adopted a daily 11,000-calorie eating plan to gain the pounds. At the end of six weeks, his weight had increased by 20 pounds.
Once filming wrapped, Wahlberg embarked on a journey to shed the weight, and pumping iron helped him drop the weight in no time at all. It wasn’t his first time at the rodeo, because in 2014 he inversely lost 60 pounds to embody Jim Bennett in “The Gambler.”
