Barstool Sports, a digital media company, ranked Ashlee Simpson on their 2021 list of the “Top 10 Female Singers of All Time.” Like most women, she piled the pounds with each of her pregnancies. After welcoming her first child, Jagger Snow, the mother of three managed to lose 40 pounds in a matter of five months while working with trainer Ramona Braganza.
Before that, she lost the 25 pounds gained while expecting her son Bronx Wentz in less than three months. The second time around, she did cardio and strength routines five days every week. Simpson also shook up her meals by including nutrient-rich superfoods into the mix alongside two snacks in between her three main meals.
