5 New and Exclusive Menu Items Are Coming to KFC Locations
KFC’s main chain introduced $5 bowls built around Nashville Hot Sauce, while its spin-off concept, Saucy by KFC, tested late-night wraps and snacks in select cities. The two concepts now move in tandem, and their newest drops point in one direction: flavor experiments tied to specific stores, hours, and digital ordering. Orlando, Winter Park, and the KFC app sit at the center of the latest moves. Across KFC and Saucy by KFC, five newcomers are garnering considerable attention.

Saucy by KFC treats after-hours cravings like a full menu category, and this item proves it. It’s sold only after 9 p.m., and folds chopped tenders, queso, fries, and egg into one oversized tortilla. This exclusive item is at the center of Saucy’s push to separate itself from the main chain and offer an energy that feels more experimental.

Saucy by KFC also offers a veggie side that features Brussels sprouts, crisped and tossed in the house seasoning blend. They serve as a snack, a shareable add-on, or a way to break up the heavier items on the menu.
Puffies With Raspberry Sauce
These small pastries pair with raspberry sauce and lean into the fun side of quick service. Instead of a brownie or cookie, guests are served poppable, airy, and slightly nostalgic Puffies. Saucy built its identity around sauces, so a dessert that depends on dipping fits neatly into the concept.
Nashville Hot Loaded Fries Bowl
On the main KFC side, the national menu lineup has expanded with a $5 bowl built on a fry base. The Nashville Hot Loaded Fries Bowl features stacked fries, coleslaw, pickles, and five Original Recipe Nuggets, all topped with Nashville Hot Sauce. It stands apart from the classic Famous Bowl because it trades mashed potatoes for fries and turns heat into the main feature. KFC brought back Nashville Hot Sauce for a limited run across stores, and this bowl showcases how the chain continues to expand its most popular flavors.
Korean BBQ Mac & Cheese Bowl
KFC also dropped two digital exclusives, and this bowl leads the pack. The Korean BBQ Mac & Cheese Bowl, available exclusively through the app or website, combines mac and cheese with a sweet-savory sauce crafted from soy, garlic, sugar, and sesame. KFC first tested this flavor on Saucy Nuggets in 2024, and its return in a $5 bowl shows how digital ordering now influences which items become limited-time rewards. It’s featured beside the Korean BBQ Loaded Fries Bowl, but the mac and cheese base gives this one the broader appeal.
